What is 'Support Me on Ko-Fi'?

Ko-Fi is a third party service where you can show your support and appreciation for makers and creators by providing a one-off tip or ongoing payments for as little as $1.  It's similar to Patreon but there is no tier system, and you can tip as low as $1 just the once, or you could pledge $1 every month, if you prefer. I post updates and early access content there as a bonus to you.

What are the Shipping Options?

Once you've added items to your cart and are ready to checkout, the default shipping option will be selected.

Gift Wrap Options - We provide a free gift wrapping service. This is now an option on individual items for Birthday or Christmas gift wrapping all year round. You can make the choice when adding each product to your cart while shopping.

Courier Fee - We deliver NZ wide including to rural addresses with a flat fee for most items, or a flat fee for large items. The relevant courier fee will be applied to the entire order. For example, if your order 5 fashion packs the lower courier fee will apply. If you order 5 fashion packs and 1 Signature Looks Doll the higher courier fee will apply. This provides a cost effective shipping fee for you and keeps pace with courier pricing nationwide.

Please note that due to pricing changes in 2022 and 2023, snail mail is no longer offered.

Do you offer free delivery?

If you've received a coupon code from me, you can enter the coupon code during checkout to achieve free delivery or a reduced delivery fee. You cannot use this coupon for items purchased via Trade Me.

Why?

When I list and sell an item on this website, the only transaction fee on that sale is from the service that collects your payment e.g. Paypal or Stripe (which ranges from 2.7% to 3.5% per transaction).

But on Trade Me, I incur fees when a) I list an item, b) sell an item (a success fee which ranges from 7.9%-12% of the sale price), and c) if the sale was paid for via Ping or Afterpay (as the fees for both services are 1.95% to 4.95% of the sale price respectively).  You may have noticed slightly higher pricing for listing on Trade Me for this reason.

Do you deliver overseas?

At this time we are not able to deliver to most parts of the world with tracked post, parcel and courier options depending on your country. Bear in mind that the shipping rates from New Zealand are more costly than from other, more central, parts of the world.

Update November 2023 - Shipping rates are now available for Australia.

Standard letter post (which is significantly cheaper) is not available from New Zealand to any destination overseas because NZ Post insists that letters must contain paper based written or printed documents only.
